We think the internet is a wonderful thing. Especially when it means that we can offer you help and support with any of your computer troubles over the internet. No engineer needs to come to you in a van. We can come virtually sort out your problem and leave you to get back to work in double quick time.

You will need to have a working internet connection (we still need to come out to fix those) but nearly all computer problems can be fixed or at least diagnosed over the internet. You can even watch us move your mouse around on the screen.

At the moment we can only offer this service to Windows PC's. If you are using a Mac we will need to visit you first to install some software.
