We also are happy to support companies with more complex requirements. We can arrange an appointment to quote your company to support your existing IT system or to set up and maintain a new system. 

We are unusual in that we support both PC workstations and Apple Macintosh computers separately or together on the same network. Our annual contracts can be billed quarterly, bi-annually or annually. 

We offer low cost contracts that are tailored for your company. These are pitched at different levels depending on how much help you think you will need.

1. Network Infrastructure - We will maintain the network switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, firewalls, servers, backup devices and storage systems. We will respond within 8 working hours either in person or remotely to diagnose the problem

2. Complete System  - We will maintain all the network infrastructure plus all the workstation computers.

3. Preventative - We will look after all the above as well as a regular engineer appointment who will visit and perform all preventative maintenance including updates, checking of backups, server logs and antivirus updating. We will also fix any niggles or annoyances that users pinpoint.
