Internet Telephones

Putting your business calls over the internet has some important benefits.

- Cost. The cost of calls is substantially cheaper. International calls are especially well priced.

- Location is irrelevant. Internet telephony means the we can seamlessly redirect calls to your computer or your mobile phone easily. Which means your clients can call your one number and get through even if you are in the car or in another country. 

- Advanced Services. We can offer services that you may be paying extra for at the moment. Call waiting, Call blocking, advance voicemail, voicemail to email, web management.

Offsite PBX 

Most of our customers would benefit from having there phone system managed by our servers, effectively moving all the hardware to a secure location where it can be managed by our team for maximum reliability. It can be easily managed so services like voicemail or ring-round can be turned on or off users can be easily added and removed just like the email addresses.

We provide ADSL or SDSL trunks optimised for voice data. These can not be used for other data services as this can prevent the system working as well as we would like. We provide these at a special low cost completely managed by us so the lines can be monitored. Replacing onsite ISDN lines

We can also replace the ISDN lines your company has when we replace your phone system or integrate them with your old system. Which means your system can handle more calls for less cost so your customers can always get hold of you. Your old system may not support all of the features available.
