Backup is one of the most important things to consider when planning a new computer system but it is often overlooked and badly implemented. ReSource IT offers a complete solution where all the hard work is done for you to give you complete piece of mind.

We no longer offer any tape based solution due to their unreliability and the complexity involved.

We offer: 

Disk based solutions. Our disk solutions are neat, cost effective and smart. they alert you by email if something has gone wrong and our new RAID-X disk arrays are almost fool proof in the way they store data. They make backup easy and effective. However they can suffer from flood or fire so are not completely bullet proof.

Online backup is a little more expensive but is completely bomb proof. The systems are completely automatic, they will alert you and us if there is a backup failure. They are encrypted and completely secure, no-one other than yourself can read the data. You can easily restore a single file from the last 30 days from the software on your computer. We can restore a file from up to 90 days ago if you give us a days notice. They require a good modern broadband connection and take a little longer to perform than the disk solutions.
